While Hayfords is known for the production of Wedding Stationery, they also have available, or can make, a wide array of accessory and novelty items that all go towards making your day an enjoyable one.

From Almonds thru' menu's to wishbones, there is something there that you can use to add your own personal touch to the event.

Again, by retaining the old technology, Hayfords can often take something new and change it around and personalise it just for you - as is the case with our personalised cameras.

Below are samples of items available but if you are looking for something and can't find it, please check in, we may be able to source it or make it for you.

Bubbles

Bubbles of fun as an alternative to confetti.

A guard of honour as you take that first walk as a married couple or can be used to great effect with your Photographer.

All bubbles are sold individually. However, most come in boxes of 24 and if you purchase more than a box the price goes down $0.05c per unit.

Match Books

 Match Books foil stamped with a motif, the names of the bride and groom and the wedding date have always been a favourite favour

Book Marks

A tasteful wedding favour. .With your choice of verse, names and wedding date at the base and with or without tassels, these can be made in the same cards and papers as your invitations.

Why not personalise it even further with the guests name at the top and it can double as a place card.

Cameras - Disposable

Standard Camera's are available in white, Ivory, Black, Silver or Gold swirls or roses shadowed in the background. They vary at times as to what our suppliers have. Supply subject to availability

For something different, we can repackage the camera and personalise it for you with your names or in your card of choice with names and date on the front. There is an extra charge and minimum order of 10 for this option

 

 

Attendants Gift Bag

Presenting your attendants with a gift is all the more special if you are seen to have taken some effort in the presentation. (It's all about signals still)

Our attendants gift bags can be decorated to match in with all the other items of stationery prepared or colours involved with the wedding. Measuring 230mm wide by 350 high x 80 deep with Thank You printed on them they can be stuffed with tissue or decorated however you want to do them.

If we are preparing your stationery for you then we can over-run items to decorate the bag or possibly print to match in with everything else.

Candles - Unity

Available in 3 different diametres and 5 heights, unity candles are becoming an integral part of to-days marriage ceremonies.

To date, there are two slants on the ceremony. If you have any others we would be delighted to hear of them.

1. The mothers light side tapers and hand them to either the Bride or Groom. The Bride and Groom then take these tapers and light the Unity Candle, signifying the two becoming one.

2. The side tapers are already lit before the ceremony and the Bride and Groom take a taper each and light the Unity Candle.

Car Ribbons and Bows - Pew Bows

Available in the colour combinations of your choice. If you want to supply your own trims we can work with those as well. Gold or silver cord to tie to card.

Chopsticks - Personalised

Combined with our Noodle Boxes, these are just a little something out of the ordinary.

Certainly a conversation piece, we have had some fun with these.

As you can see, these can also double as the place card.

Confetti - Paper

We know a lot of venues will not allow paper confetti these days but from experience we know there are a lot of other uses for confetti than throwing over the bride and groom after the ceremony. Months after we married we were still finding it in funny little places and it really bought back fun memories of the day.

But this is biodegradable and will dissolve at the first touch of moisture. That is if the birds have not already eaten it.

Coasters

An oldie but goodie - the coaster has it's place in the scheme of things.

Made from card specifically for the purpose, we can do all sorts with this. Standard design is round with a scalloped edge but we can do smooth circles as well as square with round corners. All traditional shapes

The coasters can be letterpress printed or foil stamped with motifs and names and dates. We have even had them used as place cards.

Foil Stamped Ribbons

For Book Marks, Favour Ribbons, Invitations even.

Hayfords can foil stamp ribbons from 7mm to 100mm wide.

Option 1 - There is a choice of 10 metal typefaces - see processes

Option 2 - Foiling plates can be prepared and any font or graphic can be reproduced. A cost factor is involved with obtaining foiling plates and is totally dependant on the area to be foil stamped

At this stage we cannot foil stamp on organza ribbons but rest assured should that change this will be the first place updated, believe me.

Garter Fabric

Got a slinky dress that wont take a garter under it without showing and yet your calf is too thin for a garter? Got a queen size thigh and can't get a garter to fit? Well here's the answer - garter fabric that you can be make to fit. You can adorn it with whatever you want.

Should you need - for a charge the garter can be sewn and trimmed for you

Playing Cards

And just for that something a little different. Small playing cards, complete with Jokers and dice.

In their own little wooden box it is merely a matter of reversing the lid and printing what you want on there.

Wish Bones 60mm

Ok, health restrictions means we can't sell you real ones but these coated plastic wishbones are still wishbones.

Available in silver and gold you can decorate them however you want. Add a named tag and they are your place card. Add a ribbon with names and date on and they are a favour.

Cake Boxes - Mailing - 80 x 55 x 25

If you have family living overseas that are unable to come to your wedding, you can send a pieces of cake in boxes specially designed for the situation.

The boxes are plastic and encased in a cardboard sleeve that secures well for posting.

You can send pieces of cake in these boxes to one central relative and then the other relatives can join them for an afternoon tea celebration of your marriage

Guest Books and Gift Register option

These books are made to order. This way we can supply enough pages for your guest numbers without being too few pages or way to many empty pages.

Available with an option of a gift register at the back.

The examples shown have been made at the same time as the wedding stationery and while we have had the machines set up, have prepared the cover pages at the same time. 

Mini Scrolls

Another way to thank you guest for joining you on your special day, a mini scroll can be an inexpensive way to go. Tied with a place card tag on and it becomes the place card as well.

You could even have fortunes printed on the scrolls or questions that each guest must ask others at the table or to get guests intermingling have them look for a certain person to ask the question too. Great ice breaker if you have guests from overseas or out of town that do not know a lot of other guests. 

Wine Labels

Popular from way back the wine label is another option for a wedding favour or as an extra touch at the reception.

Not just ordinary self adheasive paper, our labels are printed on white fridge proof material, ensuring they will not slide off the bottle when refridgerated.
